Our Ingredients

We use Pink Lady® apples — the first to blossom and the last to be harvested — ripened with over 200 days of sunshine for a naturally sweet flavour. These are blended with organic Greek style yoghurt made from quality West Country milk and finished with organic wholemeal oat flour for added fibre.
